Customers may place orders through our website, approved sales representatives, or official communication channels. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo)

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cheque (Subject to clearance before shipment)

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation. For cheque payments, products will be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in import costs, exchange rates, and market conditions. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

We ship products nationwide across Ghana through trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location.

  • Shipping costs may apply based on order size and destination.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Due to the nature of agricultural inputs and farm products:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

  • Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

We ensure that all imported farm products meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Customers are advised to follow product usage instructions carefully.

We are committed to protecting customer information in accordance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for losses arising from misuse of products, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
